I created The Lemon Jar as a fun way to spread joy through lemonade. Since its beginnings, it has turned into so much more. The Lemon Jar has become an interictal part of the community in raising awareness about the importance of urban farming, education on growing and preserving your own food, as well as feeding our pet community, providing local TNR resources, and encouraging adoption over purchase. All enjoyed over a refreshing cup of one of my (now) local famous Lemmys!
